Mercury Machining Company milled its
first industrial component over thirty years ago in 1965.
Since then, our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer
satisfaction has remained steadfast-a key reason for our

Today, from our 13,500 square foot facility, we manufacture
both precision machined parts and fabricated components for
a variety of customers. Completely climate controlled and
equipped with the latest machining equipment, our main manufacturing
facility is home to a highly trained group of professionals
who produce a wide range of precsion machined parts- on time
and on budget- from an ever expanding list of materials.

And finally, nothing leaves our plant without first receiving
the approval of our Quality Assurance Dept. .
This stand-alone department is guided by a full-time professional
staff that ensures we meet not only our expectations, but
your expectations and blueprint specifications. All measuring
instruments are routinely calibrated with reference standards
set by the National Bureau of Standards.
For 3 decades, Mercury Machining has built

We are especially proud of the success and quality of our Computer
Numerical Control (CNC) milling & turning.
Using computer controlled machining equipment, we deliver
accurately machined products whose specifications match
exactly throughout the manufacturing run - from the last
part to the 1000th part!
Another area of specialty at Mercury Machining is
welding and fabrication. Located 3 blocks from our main facility,
our welding shop is MIG, TIG and arc weld capable. This facility
also contains our stock-cutting machinery, sheet metal equipment
and raw material storage. |
Although Mercury Machining specializes in CNC machining,
welding, and fabrication, we offer other services to provide
total manufacturing solutions to our customers.
